CEO Irene V. Glaeser is a U.S. Army Military Police Officer and a proven leader who upon retirement continued to serve as a senior official for the federal government. In 2022, she retired from service as the Acting Deputy Executive Director for the U.S. AbilityOne Commission. Prior to this she served as a senior leader at the Department of Defense Inspector General Office of the Assistant Deputy for Administrative Investigations, There she oversaw quality assurance of reports of investigation into allegations of impropriety and whistleblower reprisal by senior officials. Prior to this she served in the U.S. Army in positions of progressive leadership of programs for military, federal and non-government organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Veteran Small Business Coalition and is passionate about advancing the success of veteran and service disabled veteran entrepreneurs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University, a master’s degree in Administrative Law from Webster University and a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the resident U.S. Army War College.
Al Glaeser is a seasoned executive and U.S. veteran. After service he held progressive executive leadership positions in several blue-chip Fortune 500 companies, to include Mobil Oil Corporation, Intel Corporation, and Microsoft Corporation. He has led large organizations in the federal IT market as a Vice President and Division Manager at CACI and as a President and General Manager of an Alaska Native subsidiary. Al holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, Stanford Certified Project Manager, and ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor.
