Irene V. Glaeser is a proven leader and retired Acting Deputy Executive Director of the U.S. AbilityOne Commission. She is also a retired U.S. Army Military Police Colonel with years of progressive experience providing analysis, strategic planning, and program leadership to military, federal and non-government organizations. Her extensive experience includes quality assurance for the Department of Defense Inspector General Office of Administrative Investigations, investigations of senior officials for the Department of the Army Inspector General, and leading training in both federal and military environments. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Veteran Small Business Coalition and is passionate about service to Veterans and Veterans with disabilities. Irene holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement from George Mason University and graduate degrees from the resident U.S. Army War College and Webster University.
Al Glaeser is a seasoned executive and US Army veteran. After serving in the Army, he held progressive executive leadership positions with several blue-chip Fortune 500 companies, to include Mobil Oil Corporation, Intel Corporation, and Microsoft Corporation. He has led large organizations in the federal IT market as a Vice President and Division Manager at CACI, and as a President and General Manager of an Alaska Native subsidiary. Al received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, Stanford Certified Project Manager, and ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor.
