Contract Description:
This single award IDIQ was awarded to Spahr on a competitve basis to provide Subject Matter Expertise for investigative services on employee disclosures and complaints that would otherwise be made to an inspector general. Investigations from agency employees may concern:
- Possible violation of law, rules, or regulations
- Mismanagement
- Gross waste of funds
- Abuse of authority
- Substantial and specific danger to public health and safety
- Suspected violations of conflict-of-interest laws and other government ethics laws and regulations
